My parents were coming down for their anniversary from Canada & my Stepdad wanted to do something nice for her as a surprise. First thing I did was get on the phone to find some florists bcs what girl doesn’t want red roses on a special day like that, ordered her a bouquet of roses plus a heart-shaped balloon. She loved the flowers, she brought it back to Canada with her!!! One thing is, before the lady left for the delivery, I asked where was the heart shaped balloon & she said that they ran out & I was going to get a refund for the balloon, which was $6 (I think), & never got it back. I didn’t bother calling bcs it’s just a balloon anyway, but hopefully next time, your staff could take notes of the things they say to customers so it’s not forgotten in the air. Thank you so much for making my parents’ anniversary extra special!!!
