I was pretty disappointed when my daughter sent me a picture of what she received. It looked absolutely nothing like what I had ordered.

I will start will the flowers were beautiful. However, the customer service is much to be desired. I ordered flowers to be sent on Sunday for a funeral and found out that they are not open on a Sunday and they don't deliver on Sunday so I phoned the morning of Saturday to make sure that they would be delivered and find out the protocol they follow to ensure they would be available for the family on Sunday. She made me feel like I was asking a crazy question, she didn't know If it was my mother or family member she should have been understanding and not as harsh. I’m a frequent customer and actually typically love the arrangements and service. I decided to go with delivery for my Wife’s valentines bouquet and was not thrilled with the experience. I ordered the Love's Destiny Bouquet deluxe which was displayed in a short vase with not a lot of extra fluff included in the bouquet as the photo displayed. Unfortunately I received a long vase with long stem roses with an abundant amount of extra fluff to fill the vase crowding the roses. Though I could have looked past that as I understand high volume may have changed the arrangement slightly. My biggest issue was in delivery. I tend to usually get pick up as the location is local to my home but that wasn’t an option for me this time. I received a notification that my order was delivered at 5:00p which it had not been. I called and they let me know they had to mark it delivered or they would be penalized even though on the site it may clear deliveries could take up to 8 pm on holidays due to volume, whomever I spoke to also hung up very fast after telling me that. I was home until a little after 7:30 before leaving for my dinner reservation and still had not received my order. No text or call was made to confirm delivery and I got home later that night to find the roses frozen which caused them to die and wither very fast upon thawing. Very disappointing.   …Read More

I was very disappointed with the flowers. I ordered online because the picture looked great but in person it was nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to be all red roses and there was only 2 of them on the final product. It was also supposed to have a heart shape made with leaves and they just twisted the leaves and looked nothing like a heart. I also bought a red heart shaped balloon and when I picked it up the balloon was white. Everything was wrong with this. This is the last time I purchase from this place.   …Read More

My gift wa supposed to be delivered to my wife at work. Instead I had to call 20 minutes before closing only to be told it hadn't left the shop yet. It was delivered to my home instead, after speaking with the buisness. The whole point is a surprise at work for her, and I was really disappointed. Im also really let down they didn't proactively let me know it was going to be late, I had to call to find out. What would have happened had I not called?
